Customer Credentials – Combining Support in Roller Compaction Trials with Advanced Training
Efficient process development and sustainable knowledge transfer in one step:
An international pharmaceutical company faced the challenge of transferring several products to a new roller compactor at its site in India. Due to limited experience with the new equipment, the company reached out to our team of experts for support.
The result was a tailored program combining technical support during trial batches with hands-on training for the customer’s team. Within just one week, critical process parameters (CPPs) were identified for four products, robust design spaces were established, and validation settings were defined. At the same time, employees were trained to independently plan and conduct meaningful dry granulation trials in the future.
This combination of operational support and targeted knowledge transfer demonstrates how roller compaction projects can be both efficient and sustainable.
